Masters and Doctorate
The selection for Masters in PPGCA is done through the curriculum analysis e and a test of general knowledge in the area of food science. For PhD, in addition to the curriculum vitae and the general knowledge-test in the area of food science, the candidate is evaluated by a test of specific knowledge in the research line/area of knowledge that you intend to attend.
